Project Summary
We introduced data analysis and custom reporting to drive informed decision-making regarding the user experience for FA's online store. Our analyses and recommendations were used to restructure collections and redefine the cadence for future product releases.

Product Drop Reporting & Analyses: We built and shared reports in post-drop meetings to analyze sales and customer behavior data. Our findings defined growth strategies moving forward and resulted in a shift away from bi-annual product drops towards bi-monthly releases.
Filter Menu Redesign: We built a new filter menu to improve the shopping experience of collections containing a large number of products. This increased conversion rates for sale collections and made it easier to sell through products with single size availability.
Home Page Redesign: We designed a lifestyle focused homepage to re-engage returning customers and encourage site visits, without relying on paid advertising. Site traffic, time spent on the homepage, and average pages per session increased after implementing the redesign.
