Founded as a specialty shop inside Fred Segal, Ron Herman quickly became known as the go-to spot for the most iconic brands and emerging designers - as well as LA’s celebrity clientele.

Project Summary

We redeveloped Ron Herman's ecommerce strategy and implemented operational best practices to increase the store's customer retention and online engagement. This included designing and developing a test campaign to highlight the proposed digital strategy to the Ron Herman team.

Deliverables

Ron Herman & Hotel 1171 Collaboration Campaign: We built a test campaign featuring a Ron Herman & Hotel 1171 collaboration sport jacket. The sport jacket was so iconic that it sold out world wide in less than 48 hours. The campaign included email marketing, social strategy, website content, merchandising, and launch management. It was a successful illustration to the team on how to run campaigns in the future, increase online engagement for unique drops, and ultimately increase online sales.


Customer Retention Strategy: We designed a customer retention strategy by focusing on customer service improvements and optimizing fulfillment operations. We restructured Ron Herman's fulfillment processes to ship from one location instead of three. This decreased average shipping time and increased returning customer conversion rates. 

Customer Acquisition Strategy: We designed a new acquisition strategy by improving the brand story telling narrative within Ron Herman's brick & mortar stores, and encouraging more cross-promotions and thoughtful collaborations.
